This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use PromoGauge.
1. Information we collect
PromoGauge does not require user accounts, registration or login.
The operator does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, calculator inputs, saved calculations or other information entered into the calculator.
2. Calculator data
Calculations are performed locally in your web browser.
The values you enter into the PromoGauge calculator are not submitted to the operator, stored in a PromoGauge database or intentionally transmitted to third parties for calculation purposes.
3. Saved calculations
If you use the “Save calculation” feature, your saved calculations are stored locally in your browser using browser storage.
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to the operator.
You can remove saved calculations using the functionality provided in PromoGauge or by clearing your browser’s site data.
4. PDF and Excel exports
PDF and Excel reports are generated locally in your browser.
The calculation data contained in these exports is not uploaded to PromoGauge servers as part of the export process.
Once an exported file has been created, you are responsible for how you store, share or otherwise use that file.
5. Cookies and local browser storage
PromoGauge uses limited browser storage and technically necessary cookies to provide and secure the service.
These may include:
promogauge.saved.v1— local browser storage used to store calculations when you choose to save them.tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3— temporary browser storage used to restore your position on a page.__cf_bm— a Cloudflare security cookie used for bot protection.__dpl— a technical cookie used by the hosting infrastructure to provide a consistent version of the website.
These technologies are used for functionality, delivery and security rather than advertising or behavioural tracking.
PromoGauge currently does not use advertising cookies or analytics cookies.
6. Hosting and technical data
PromoGauge is published using Lovable and delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure.
When you visit a website, hosting and network providers may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps and similar request information.
This processing is necessary for the operation, security and delivery of the website.
7. Fonts
PromoGauge may use Google Fonts.
When fonts are loaded from Google infrastructure, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser information.
8. Third-party services
PromoGauge currently uses third-party infrastructure primarily for website hosting, delivery, security and fonts.
These providers may process limited technical information required to provide their services.
PromoGauge does not intentionally provide calculator inputs or saved calculations to these providers.
9. Analytics and advertising
PromoGauge currently does not use web analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural advertising or session-recording tools.
If analytics or similar technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required.
10. Data retention
PromoGauge does not maintain a server-side database containing your calculator inputs or saved calculations.
Locally saved calculations remain in your browser until you delete them or clear the relevant browser data.
Technical data processed by hosting and infrastructure providers may be retained according to those providers’ applicable policies and legitimate operational or security requirements.
11. Your rights
If personal data relating to you is processed in connection with PromoGauge, you may have rights under applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Depending on the circumstances, these may include rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
In the Czech Republic, the competent supervisory authority is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if PromoGauge changes its functionality, data practices or third-party services.
The current version will be published on this page with its latest update date.
